A boiler that is past 12 to 15 years old is usually costing more than it should. Parts wear out, efficiency slips, and repairs start to stack up, which is why many homeowners in Broadstairs and St Peters choose a replacement before a cold snap turns a nuisance into an emergency. New condensing boilers are typically 90%+ efficient, so more of the fuel turns into heat rather than waste.
