From Launceston Town Centre head south along the A388 following the signs towards Plymouth. Upon exiting the slip road turn right towards Callington, proceed along the A388 for five miles. Upon reaching the Springer Spaniel Public House turn right towards Trebullett and continue for approximately two miles. Upon entering the village take the first left hand turning at the Chapel and follow the road along and take the first left hand turning into Green Acre. Upon entering Green Acre bear right where No. 23 will be identified on the right hand side marked with a Webbers For Sale Board.
