The Airport is just a short Taxi ride away. The Apartment is very warm with a spacious sunny lounge and main bedroom which also keeps down the heating cost. It is a short walk from Solihull Town Centre. The outlook is over the landscaped gardens around the apartment blocks. It is very secure with gated entry and there are no parking restrictions. It also has a garage. I own a share of the Freehold so there is a peppercorn ground rent of £0.

The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. I have now moved to a Care Home so the property is vacant with no chain.
