'A word from the owner';

I will be moving out of the UK later this year and sadly have to sell my flat. I have loved living here! The high ceilings, large windows, and access to outside space make this flat the perfect space for me. The positioning is great; the sun rises in the bedroom and sets over the living room, so you get lots of natural light all day. I have found the space so cosy and comforting to come home to after work, whilst also being open and airy enough to invite friends over for a glass of wine in the evening without feeling cramped.

Even though you are in central London, there is a real sense of community with very friendly neighbours, community-based cafes and pubs around the corner, and canal side events all summer. I have also developed a great relationship with the freeholder (no management company here!). I get to walk to work, and to meet friends and family in the city, in Angel or in Islington with ease.
