Before you judge this house from the front photo, you really need to look through the internal photos first, as the front really does it no justice. At the price being asked for this house, how many houses can you buy where you get a massive kitchen / dining room, a separate lounge, a stylish moder shower room, off road parking and a decent rear garden, all within a short walk of Buckley Town Centre and all that has to offer.

Lane End is one of the most historic parts of Buckley, round the corner from the pottery works for which the town was originally famous, and is where we find this charming home.

Perfectly positioned to meet the needs of those commuting to Wrexham, Chester or Deeside and within a walk of the centre of Buckley Town, it has convenience in abundance. When we add into the mix its private off road parking spot, the home makes an increasingly strong case for itself but when we also factor in the price, it becomes outstanding.

A few doors along from the Lane End Social Club lies this well-kept home. Entering via a white UPVC semi glazed front door which sits beneath a porch shared with the adjacent property, we come straight into the cosy front lounge.

This room centres round a large chimney breast which houses a living flame gas fire beneath a wooden fire surround and mantelpiece adding to the welcoming feel of the room. Masses of light comes in from the large box style bay window to the front, with double glazing of a quality that renders the nearby road virtually inaudible.

A semi glazed door at the rear of the room allows us past the bottom of the stairs and into the dining room. I say 'dining room' but in all honesty this is of sufficient size to take on a number of different roles. There is space to one side for a full sized dining table which, when in position still leaves a good sized sitting room beside it. The sitting room portion has its own large wooden fireplace with a living flame effect electric fire and a series of storage cupboards.

A breakfast bar separates the dining room from the kitchen island on wheels separates this from the kitchen, somewhere which in any normal home would be described a 'spacious'. There is space for a tall fridge/freezer to one side while the remainder is taken up by units laid out in an 'L' shape which houses the free standing gas cooker and plumbing for the automatic washing machine along with copious amounts of storage.

A further semi glazed UPVC door opens onto the block paved rear garden with its various large pots containing sundry flowering shrubs and plants for colour and variety. Further down the garden there is a step up to a higher level onto an area of concrete suitable for parking a car before a set of wrought iron gates separate us from the rear access road.

Returning indoors and scaling the steep lateral staircase brings us to a small, square landing where by turning left we come to a further landing.

The first door here leads us into the rather stylish modern bathroom. With gorgeous tiles on the floor and walls, all making for easy upkeep, contains everything you could want. The suite comprises a vanity sink unit with chrome mixer tap, a large double shower with glass protection from the rainforest shower, the obligatory lavatory, a rather splendid chrome heated towel rail that will help keep your towels nice and toasty. The final thing in here is the frosted window, there to allow natural light in and prying eyes out.....no it's not that kind of area before you ask.

Adjacent to here and also overlooking the rear of the home is the small bedroom. I say small but in all honesty it is probably bigger than it initially appears. This is because it is long and narrow, requiring a degree of imagination when positioning your furniture but the space is there, if slightly unwieldy.

Finally, passing the top of the stairs we come to the main bedroom. Overlooking the front of the home this is a mirror image of the downstairs lounge, making it a very pleasant space, easily able to accommodate a double bed, large bookcase and twin wardrobes joined by a central section of overhead cupboards and a dressing table unit. This gives you some impression as to its actual size, which is more than comfortable.

All in all, this is home represents the ideal start for many first time buyers setting out on life away from home and seeking their first taste of adult freedom. It comes with a lounge and separate dining room, a stylish kitchen and shower room, both separate of course. Alternatively, it could be seen as a safe and profitable investment for those seeking rental properties in this popular area, requiring no attention prior to being offered onto the market. Whatever use it finds itself being put to, I am sure the overall condition and advantageous location will add to its appeal and saleability.
