From Bideford Quay proceed to the Heywood Road roundabout and take the third turning on the left heading towards Barnstaple. Once across the bridge veer left as signposted to Instow and left again and proceed towards the roundabout. At the roundabout take the second exit signposted Instow and upon reaching the village where you can see Marsh Lane located on the right hand side opposite the main turning that leads down to Instow. Turn right onto Marsh lane where the property can be found on your left hand side with parking to the right hand side.
