We have lived in the village for over 40 years and have loved our time here. We have been lucky enough to enjoy an excellent butchers, hairdressers, primary school, local shop, two pubs, village hall with various clubs, playing fields and a useful bus service. Although Gatwick Airport is only 25 minutes away, we are not on the flight patha nd East Grinstead is only a 5 minute drive away. There are many walks from the village and the added bonus of the Ashdown Forest is only a short drive away.
