AVAILABLE FOR LEASE Modern American-style equestrian stables, including 20 boxes, tack and feed rooms, office and W/C and shower facilities. All stables are of a large size, have swivel feeders, automatic water drinkers and large hay shoots. Stables are fully rubber matted with sealed rubber, and are all covered with 24 hour CCTV. Each stable has its own individual tack locker/storage room. Liveries also have access to their own rug drying room in winter and have use of hot wash bays and Drimee solariums. Access to 20x60 outdoor arena with sand and fibre surface. Includes 7 paddocks for turnout and sole use of a horse walker.
