Shared house for working professionals, in Penkhull (near Newcastle-Under-Lyme). It is approximately 20 minutes' walk from Royal Stoke Hospital, near to local shops, pubs and cafes.

The bills are included in the rental price and include the usual utility bills as well as superfast broadband (both cabled and wifi) and a regular cleaner. There is also a TV in the communal kitchen / diner area. At the rear is a patio for sitting out during the summer months. The house is in a great location - near to all local amenities and public transport yet quiet and spacious.

What about the bathroom and kitchen?

There are two bedrooms that don't have an ensuite bathroom. They share a ground floor shower room. The other rooms all have their own fully-tiled ensuites with power showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water!

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for tenants living in the house.

In addition there is a utility room where you'll find the washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board . There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need too.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider slightly shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.

Do you accept pets?

No, we do not allow pets. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses!
