From our office in Barnstaple proceed out of town and with the Territorial Army base on your left proceed down Barbican Road until your reach the roundabout and turn left. Follow the road passing McDonalds on your right and at the Tesco/Barum Gate roundabout turn left in to Whiddon Drive. Follow the road and take the second turning on the left in to Barton Road. Follow the road up and take the third turning on your right into Peardsdown Close and park in the communal parking area. Follow the path down taking a right at the bottom and number 3 can be found on your right hand side.
