Upon entering the lodge, you are greeted by a bright and spacious open plan living area comprising kitchen, dining and living spaces. The kitchen area offers a range of fitted units and appliances including dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave and has a window to the side. The dining area has plenty of space for a generous table and chairs and also has a large window to the side. The living area benefits from triple aspect windows, sea views, built in electric fire and double doors leading out to the private decked area. Fantastic sea and coastal views can be enjoyed both from the open plan living space and the south-facing area of the deck.

To the other end of the lodge, there are two spacious bedrooms and a shower room. The shower room has been finished to a high standard and offers a WC, handbasin with vanity unit and large shower unit. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with two single beds and storage built in. This room also benefits from a window to the side. The master suite is located to the rear of the lodge and offers a spacious double bedroom with window to the rear, walk-in wardrobe, built in vanity unit and an en-suite WC with hand basin.

Outside, the property offers a deck area that extends around the side of the lodge and to the front enabling you to enjoy the sun and one of the best sea views at the site. The property also benefits from a generous paved parking area, with additional EV charging guest parking also available. The site itself has a heated outdoor pool open between May and September with an adjoining sun terrace. There is also a sports area and a dedicated barbeque area. All of this is located less than a mile from the popular Hemmick Beach and Cornish coastal path.
