A lift is operated only to holders of the code and will elevate you to the tenth floor where this property can be found immediately in front of you.

There are two entrances the side is a private entrance reached from the street up some steps. The other is through the boutique style Hotel which is an experience well worth sharing with guests.

As soon as entry is granted the stunning south westerly view consumes your vision, with beach and sea activities and tapering roof tops heading west brought into the space with UPVC double glazed tilt and turn windows. The large bay dining area has a 'sun room' feeling and easily accommodates a large table and chairs. 

The modern fitted kitchen comes with all modern day conveniences catered for, with high white gloss finished cupboards and a traditional breakfast bar, there is a built in eye level oven and spaces for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Mirrored wardrobes span the width of the bedroom offering excellent storage and a door at one end of the room leads to a utility room where the washing machine is accommodated.

Bedford Towers is a 1960's development designed by architect Richard Seifert back built on the site of the old Bedford Hotel. The Holiday Inn hotel has retained the lower six-floors, but the upper eleven are for private resident use – where we understand no holiday lets or pets are allowed.
