From our office in Minehead proceed out of the town heading towards Dunster, turning right at the traffic lights proceed through the village and on to Timberscombe.

At Timberscombe turn left into the village taking the third left up the hill past The lion Inn on your left and Church on your right.

Continuing up the road for approximately 4 1/2 miles until reaching the cross. Head straight over the junction and then follow this road for approximately 2 miles

Taking the second turning on your right into Exton lane, follow this road for approximately another mile whereupon the property will be found on your right-hand side.
