When we first viewed this property, we were blown away by the space, layout and what we could afford being first time buyers through the shared ownership scheme all these years we still all this property has to offer – it has been a wonderful family home.

We love the flow of our home and the modern layout. Our kitchen is a great size and well equipped, open plan with the lounge/dining area all in one space. This works really well for hosting as well as family life. The space is of generous proportions ample size for our furniture and the perfect place to relax and unwind.
We have two sizeable bedrooms, offering ample storage.
Our family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and screen which we love.
During our time here we have improved the property with re-decoration and added new carpet in our lounge/diner. The décor is muted and relaxed – the type of property you could just move in and unpack!
We have two allocated parking spaces which comes with the property as well as a private enclosed rear garden.
Our home is perfectly situated with a few schools within a short walk as well as the park which we love. We are a few minutes’ drive to Abbotts Langley village offering an array of shops, restaurants and amenities which is deal. There is a great sense of community here with local events arranged at the park, there will soon be a Guy Fawkes night which we all really enjoy.
The time has come for pastures new and to let someone else enjoy all this loving home has to offer!!
