If you are looking for an immaculate, and I mean immaculate three bedroom family home that you can literally unpack your things and move straight into, then may I suggest that you keep on reading.
Langford Crescent is one of the more popular residential locations in Buckley, especially for young up and coming professional couples looking to make there first transition onto the property ladder.
As we pull up outside number 2, we are greeted with a low-level brick wall with some decorative wrought iron railings on top. Behind this, sits a rather lovely brick block paved driveway. This is capable of taking a few cars, even more if you reduced the wall and removed the crushed slate flowerbed. It leads you up to the detached garage, where there’s an iron gate that takes you to the rear garden and also the front door.
Just to be clear, the iron gate doesn’t take you to the front door, I meant the block paved driveway does!
Stepping through the part glazed front door with its two frosted glass side panels, all to help keep the hallway full of natural light. A light solid wood effect floor also helps and offers a touch of class when you walk inside. The staircase in front of you leads to the first floor, and a door beneath it opens to a very handy storage cupboard.
The first door on our left as we walk along the hallway, opens to the through lounge and dining room. The stylish flooring continues into these rooms, with a very large window in the lounge area offering views over the front aspect. A real flame effect gas fire takes centre stage in here, with a fetching wood mantel to keep it in check. This is a lovely room to sit and have movie nights, with the flicker of a real flame to create the ambiance.
A large square opening helps to separate the spacious dining area from the lounge. This is a lovely room, capable of taking a decent sized dining table and chairs, so that you can entertain family and friends comfortably. A set of patio doors leads to the outside, and when open almost gives the feeling of Al Fresco dining.
Outside is a generous patio area that runs the full width of the home, offering space for all of your garden furniture. If we head towards the rear of the garden, over the neat manicured lawn (it only stays neat if you cut it), we come to an ornamental area carved out for more furniture. This is sectioned off by a low-level brick wall and filled with stylish crushed slate, which also frames the grass area. The rear of the garden is bordered by some manageable bushes to help keep the garden more private. A built in BBQ section is set aside from the main seating area, so you can create some masterpieces, without smoking everyone out, so thoughtful.
Back indoors and through the side door, we step into the kitchen. Light wooden doors adorn the floor and walls, providing all the storage space that you’ll need. Worktops fill two walls and offer a place for all of your 21st Century gadgets that we rely on so much today, as well as providing a place for food prep. A gorgeous sink, which I typically wouldn’t mention, brings this kitchen into the modern era. It’s kept full of natural light in here thanks to the large frosted glass panel in the door, and a window that looks out over the side. A wall mounted combi boiler sits firm on one wall, allowing easy access for the yearly service.
**please note** you could, open the kitchen up into the dining area next door and create one massive kitchen / diner / family room. I would advice seeking professional advice from a local builder, but the option is there and doesn't need to be done immediately - just an idea.
Upstairs and we come to the landing, obviously! Again, nice and light up here thanks to the large window at the head of the stairs.
Doors open to all of the sleeping quarters as well as the family bathroom. But let's explore the main bedroom first.
As you would expect from a main bedroom, it is a good sized double, capable of taking a wardrobe, chest of draws, as well as other pieces of freestanding furniture. A large window, seems to be a theme in this home, provides far reaching views over Wales, and if you’re into a bit of star gazing, then this is a great place to start.
The second bedroom is a similar size to the main, without repeating myself, you can fit all that you’ll need in here to make it a comfortable place to sleep. The only difference is some bespoke wood panelling on the walls gives it a bit more class. Your window keeps the light levels high and offers a view over the rear garden.
Now to the smallest bedroom, and it is, as are many rooms of the same nature, strictly a single bedroom, but a decent sized one at that. There is a fitted wardrobe with sliding glass panel doors, making this an ideal dressing room, and a window that offers some great views over Wales.
And finally, the family bathroom. This has been fitted out with a modern contemporary suite that consists of a panel bath, there’s an electric handheld shower attached to the wall, great for when you’re in a hurry. A large vanity sink unit with handy storage cupboards, with attached toilet, finishes it all off. A frosted glass window lets the light flood in, and keeps any unwanted eyes from looking in.

All in all, if you are looking for a home that’s ready to move straight into, then keep reading. This house comes with a large and bright open-plan lounge / dining room, ideal for friends and family to come over and be entertained. The kitchen has the nicest sink I’ve seen, as well as providing a great space to cook. Three decent sized bedrooms take care of your nightly activities, your bathroom is modern and stylish and gives you all that you could possibly want. Then we come to the private and beautifully sculpted garden, this will allow you many hours of happiness when the sun is out, with different sections to entertain and relax, and then the block paved driveway at the front offers a few vehicles a place to park with a detached garage to store all of the stuff we want, but don’t necessarily want on show, because I mean, who parks a car in the garage now-a-days…..so give Berry and George a call today, it’ll be the best thing you do all day…unless you’re a stuntman/woman, film star, racing driver etc, in which case, it’ll be the 2nd best thing you do!
Berry and George are here to help you throughout the buying and selling process, nothing is too small for us to help you with – please feel free to call us to discuss anything with regards to buying or selling.
