For the size of the apartment, this is a decent size and houses a shower with an electric power shower that's fed off the main supply, for instant hot water. Further along the corridor and next to the main bedroom, we come to bedroom number two. This is another sizable room, capable of taking a large double bed with space for more freestanding furniture. The window looks out over the front and offers high levels of light into here.

At the end of the corridor, we come to the 'pièce de résistance' or better still, the lounge and open-plan kitchen / dining room. This is large room that allows you to have numerous configurations to suit your needs. It's capable of housing a dining table and chairs, as well as various types of sofas. The open plan is ideal if you like to have friends over as this is a very social area.

In the corner, sits the open-plan kitchen area that offers a large work-surface for food preparation and a place for your 21st Century gadgets that we've become so used too today!
