The garage is available for let at £100.00 per calendar month, tenant is liable for all repairs and maintenance and the garage is let as seen.

There is no power to the garage.

From Ripon Market Place take Kirkgate, go down the hill heading towards the By Pass. Just after Marios restaurant turn left into Court Terrace and the garage is up on the left hand side.

1. References will be obtained using a credit reference agency.
2. You will be required to complete an application form to secure the property and pay a 'part security holding deposit' thus providing you with exclusivity during the referencing period.
3. The property will be withdrawn from the market as soon as an application form is accepted and 'part security deposit paid', pending receipt of references.
4. In order to comply with legislation, with your application form we will need to see your Passport, or national Identity card. Also required will be proof of residency in the form of a Utility bill or bank statement not more than three months old.
5. This property will be managed by the landlord.
6. The garage is for the storage of a motor vehicle or non flammable/toxic/dangerous items.
