About this property

Coastline is pleased to present this three-bedroom semi-detached house in the village of St Tudy, near Bodmin. Please note that this property is within a Designated Protected Area (DPA) with a protected lease and buyback clause. This means you will be able to staircase your ownership to 100%, but will not acquire the freehold at 100% ownership. If you decide to sell the property, the landlord (Coastline Housing) or a nominee will buy the lease from you when you wish to sell the property.
Built in 2019, the property offers three bedrooms, a separate lounge, and a kitchen/dining room which spans the full rear width of the house. The ground floor also includes a W/C, while the first floor houses the family bathroom and three bedrooms.
Upon entering the home, the entrance hallway provides access to the downstairs WC and stairs to the first floor on the left, with the living room located on the right and the kitchen/dining room at the far end of the hallway. The kitchen is fitted with Howdens base and eye-level units in Dove Grey and an oak block effect worktop. The pair of double doors in the kitchen leads out to the rear garden, which is laid to lawn with a patio and has a shed.
Upstairs, the landing leads to the two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. The family bathroom is to the left of the landing as you come up the stairs. Both double bedrooms are equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
